The Head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, called for finding means and guarantees that guarantee the elderly their rights and take care of their interests.

Al-Hakim added in a statement on the occasion of the International Day of the Elderly: “The teachings of the true Islamic religion and other heavenly religions, and even social norms and good morals, urge the preservation of human dignity by honoring him if he reaches old age and is unable to do his affairs.”

Al-Hakim called for finding means and guarantees to guarantee the elderly their rights, taking care of their interests, and adopting an educational curriculum and program to spread religious and social awareness for those who have advanced in age.
