Baghdad Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas affirmed that what is happening in Gaza is state terrorism, and that there will be no peace without Arab Quds. ”
Abbas said in a speech at the emergency meeting of the Arab Parliament today, Wednesday: “al-Quds is the core of the Palestinian national identity and part of the Arab and Islamic identity, and without it there will be no peace.”
The Palestinian President added, “We want a just and comprehensive peace in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy and on the basis of the Arab Peace Initiative.”
Abbas described what the occupation state is doing in Gaza as “organized state terrorism,” stressing, “We will not tolerate the prosecution of the perpetrators of crimes against our people in international courts.”
He added, “Our work is focused on stopping the aggression against our people in al-Quds, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and we have informed the American administration of our full readiness to work with it within the framework of the International Quartet, but we cannot neglect any of the rights of our people and our nation in particular in the city of al-Quds.”
