Baghdad The MP of Basra Governorate, Uday Awad, submitted an official request to the head of the National Security Agency to open an urgent investigation with the former Oil Minister, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, and the undersecretaries of the ministry regarding oil smuggling operations in Basra.
