Kirkuk The Chaldean Church, represented by its president, Patriarch Cardinal Louis Raphael Sacco, expressed its deep sadness and sorrow for the catastrophe of the Imam Hussein Teaching Hospital in Nasiriyah, where more than 90 people, were treated in this hospital killed with a number of wounded.
The Chaldean Patriarch in Iraq and the world Louis Raphael Sacco said that the Church, as it offers condolences and sympathy to the relatives of the victims, expresses its closeness to them, and its prayers in order that God bless the victims with His vast mercy.
In his statement, he stressed, “May this national catastrophe awaken the conscience of Iraqi officials to be freed from their absurd struggles, fortify, unite and take responsibility to pass this difficult stage, so the country will rise, security, stability and the provision of services, and such disasters will not be repeated.”
