Securing The Southern Hamrin Gate Will Protect More Than 40,000 People From ISIS Night Attacks

Baquba Joint security forces have completed a plan to fortify the southern gate of Hamrin Basin in Diyala Governorate.

A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) today that joint security forces from the Popular Mobilization and the supporting security units have completed the axes of the security fortification plan for the most important gates of Qara Tabeh and its villages towards the Hamrin Basin.

He added that securing the southern Hamrin Basin gate would protect more than 40,000 people from ISIS night attacks and would contribute to protecting pivotal roads extending from Qara Tabeh towards Hamrin, northeast of Baquba.
