Security Forces Storm Mithaq And Wahda Districts, Southeast of Mosul

BAGHDAD / A security source in Nineveh province announced that “security forces stormed Mithaq and Wahda districts, southeast of Mosul.”

The source, according to the website of the popular mobilization, said “The security forces, backed by Iraqi air forces, stormed Mithaq and Wahda districts in southeastern city of Mosul on Tuesday morning to free it from the control of Daesh.”

The source added that “the security forces began preliminary bombardment on Ghazlani camp and Wadi Hajar area ” .
