Baghdad Security forces seized 8 terrorist hideouts and a quantity of weapons and explosives in Abi Saida district, Diyala Governorate.

In a statement, the Ministry of Interior stated that: “In a series of separate operations in the areas of Abu Saida district, the intelligence agencymen managed to seize (8) terrorist hideouts, (5) missiles, (3) assault bombs, (23) rifles and a pistol, as well as quantities of C4, mobile phones and various types of equipment.

The ministry continued in its statement: “The dens were handled by the specialized agency teams, and the seized materials were transferred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary procedures.”
