Baghdad A force of the Popular Mobilization arrested the terrorist Wali of Baiji in Mosul.
The Popular Mobilization stated in a statement: With the efforts of the intelligence of the 50th Popular Mobilization Brigade, the Daesh member, Thabet Hazem, the Wali of Baiji in the checkpoint of the Mosul Dam, was arrested and handed over to the competent authorities.
