Baghdad The Council of Ministers voted, in its session today, Tuesday, to contract with local and international banking experts to reform the banking sector.

The Spokesman for the Council of Ministers, Minister of Culture, Hassan Nadhem, confirmed that there are many problems in the Iraqi banking sector, noting that institutions are draining their expertise.”
