The developments in Syria, Afghanistan and Libya are the most important files for Erdogan and Putin meeting the day after tomorrow

Istanbul The Kremlin announced today, Monday, that President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will discuss on Wednesday in Moscow the most important developments in Syria, Afghanistan and Libya.

The Turkish Anatolia news agency quoted “Kremlin” Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in a press conference, that preparations are continuing for the meeting that will bring together Putin and Erdogan, next Wednesday, in the Russian city of Sochi.

Peskov said: “Putin and Erdogan always have a lot to talk about. First of all, the developments of the scene in Syria and, of course, the latest developments in Afghanistan will be present, and views will be exchanged on Libya and other international issues.”

Peskov stressed the existence of many common points between the two countries on various issues, on top of which is the strengthening of means of trade cooperation
