The first gold for the Arabs in the Olympics

Baghdad Tunisian swimmer Ahmed Al-Hefnawi won the first gold medal for the Arabs at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics

Al-Hefnawi succeeded in winning the gold in the men’s 400-meter freestyle swimming competition, achieving a resounding surprise with a time of 3.43.36 minutes.

Al -Hefnawy (18 years) outperformed many champions, as Australian Jack McLoughlin took second place at 3.43.52, while the bronze went to American Kieran Smith at 3.43.94.
