Baghdad The Intelligence Agency carried out a qualitative operation in the Hamrin mountain range, in coordination with the Joint Operations Command.
A statement by the Security Media Cell said that, as a continuation of the preemptive operations carried out by the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior and in retaliation for the martyrs of the security forces, a security operation was carried out this morning by the tactical force of the intelligence agency, following up on the Joint Operations Command and coordinating with the Air Force.
The statement added, that an air strike was directed at the most important main hideouts in the Hamrin mountain range, which is considered a center for the launch of terrorist operations in the Kirkuk sector, noting that this duty was carried out based on accurate intelligence information and a penetration of terrorist gangs by the intelligence agency.
