Baghdad The intelligence agency thwarted the bombing of two towers for transmitting electric power in Salah al-Din.
A statement by the Security Media Cell stated: “According to accurate intelligence information and field follow-up, the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior managed to thwart the detonating of two towers for transmitting electric power by using two explosive devices that were placed on the pillars of the two towers in Qayyarah-Kirkuk power transmission line, specifically Tower 51 and the Tower.” 52″.
The statement added: “The two bombs were dismantled and treated on site without any incident.”
