The Iraqi army ranked 11th in a survey of the “Russia Today” website about the most efficient non-nuclear armies for the next decade.
The Saudi army ranked first in the survey, the Egyptian army came in second place, followed by the Algerian army in third place, and the Iranian army in fourth place.
