Baghdad The security forces within the Baghdad Operations Command managed to liberate a kidnapped girl and arrest her captors.

A statement by the Security Media Cell stated, “a force from the 1st Brigade, 1st Division, Federal Police, in conjunction with detachments from the National Security and Combating Crime, and through a qualitative operation characterized by a high intelligence sense, succeeded in liberating the kidnapped woman and arresting the gang that kidnapped her, consisting of five accused, in the Tameem neighborhood, south of Baghdad.”

The statement added, “Fundamental legal measures have been taken against the accused.”
