Baghdad The Baghdad Operations Command announced the liberation of a hijacked woman, the arrest of the kidnapper, and three other accused of electronic extortion, and the seizure of a network for drug promotion and abuse.

A statement by the leadership stated: “a force of the Federal Police managed to free a kidnapped woman, and arrested the kidnapper in the Ghazaliya area, west of Baghdad, and another police force and a detachment of the National Security Service arrested three people accused of electronic extortion in the Ghazaliya and Al-Bayaa areas.”

He added, “a security force seized a network of (11) accused of drug trafficking and abuse, including a woman, in one of the apartments in the Karrada area, and seized Narcotic substances, drug devices, and various weapons.
