Baghdad The mayor of the capital, Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, announced the imposition of a curfew in the city from 5: pm to 8: am.
Klitschko said: “After tightening the curfew, we will consider anyone in the street after 5: pm an enemy and will be treated.”
