Baghdad Minister of Agriculture, Muhammad Karim Al-Khafaji, discussed on Thursday strengthening bilateral cooperation with the Iranian side, during a visit he paid to the Iranian province of Qom.
Today, Thursday, IRNA news agency reported that the Iraqi Minister of Agriculture, Muhammad Karim al-Khafaji, visited the Iranian province of Qom, to hold meetings with a number of religious scholars and to learn about the available cooperation opportunities, especially in the agricultural field.
The Agency added, “Al-Khafaji met with the Governor of Qom, Bahram Sarmast, and the Director General of the National Company for Livestock Support, Muhammad Rida Talai, to discuss with them the agricultural capacities and animal husbandry within the governorate and ways to enhance Iraqi cooperation with them.”
