A statement by the Ministry of Defense stated that the Minister met, Monday evening, at the ministry's headquarters, the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe (NATO), Lieutenant General Christopher Cavoli, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between the Iraqi forces and NATO forces, especially in the field of training.
During the meeting, the Minister of Defense praised the role played by the NATO forces in Iraq through their direct support for the Iraqi forces
