Baghdad Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi stressed the importance of continuing air strikes on terrorist hideouts.
Al-Abbasi said in a statement that during our inspection visit to the Air Force Command, we affirmed the continuation of the air effort provided by this Command through the implementation of air strikes on terrorist hideouts, and we commend their important role in supporting the ground forces during military operations.
