Baghdad Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein met today, Tuesday, with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the consultative meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers held in Doha.
The two sides discussed a number of issues related to bilateral relations in light of the steady growth witnessed by these relations.
The Minister affirmed Baghdad’s keenness to develop joint cooperation with Kuwait, expressing his aspiration to continue working to advance the distinguished relations between the two countries and develop them at all levels.
The two sides discussed the activation and follow-up of the work of the joint Iraqi-Kuwaiti committee, and preparations for holding its work in Baghdad to discuss outstanding bilateral issues.
