Baghdad Minister of Interior Othman Al-Ghanimi discussed with the Egyptian Ambassador to Iraq, Walid Muhammad Ismail, a number of issues of common interest, foremost of which is the continuous coordination and cooperation between the Republics of Iraq and Egypt.

During the meeting, the Minister praised Cairo’s role in supporting security and stability in the region, praising at the same time the cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

For his part, the Egyptian Ambassador thanked the Minister of Interior for the warm reception and his interest in developing relations between Iraq and Egypt.
