The Director General of the Gas Filling and Services Company, Sinan Nabil, said in a press statement that “there is joint coordination with the Ministries of Oil, Interior and Defense to limit the entry of these cylinders,” stressing that “there are strict penalties for violators,” according to “Consensus.”

He added, the penalties for agents who deal with them amount to dismissing from work and not handing him a position, which are administrative penalties if they are received by government stations, according to the Code of Employment Discipline, while the penalties for those dealing in them from private laboratories to the imposition of financial fines of up to two million dinars with the closure of the station for a month, and if a second violation is registered on the same station, the contract between the two parties will be terminated.

He explained that “these cylinders are confiscated when they enter government filling stations and are destroyed with dedicated cylinders, and they lose all their properties and become unusable.”
