The National Security Adviser hosts the Egyptian Ambassador to deliver a strategic lecture

Baghdad The National Security Adviser hosted today, Thursday, the Egyptian Ambassador in Baghdad, Walid Ismail, to give a strategic lecture on Iraqi-Egyptian relations.

The National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, attended the strategic lecture delivered by the Egyptian Ambassador, at Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies / National Security Advisory. The Egyptian Ambassador’s strategic lecture included three axes that talked about Egypt’s relationship with Iraq, strategic common interests, and Egypt’s vision of strategic challenges in the region and their effects on Iraq.

Hosting strategic lectures comes as part of the National Security Adviser’s tendency to host such lectures, presented by Ambassadors working in Iraq, dignitaries and official guests accredited to Iraq, and from various countries, as well as the participation of Iraqi academic, media and cultural elites, representing public opinion and from across the Iraqi spectrum.

The session was attended by members of the Board of Trustees of Al-Nahrain Center, advisors, general managers, the assistant head of the Arab Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the official Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
