Baquba The number of victims of ISIS attack on Al-Rashad village in the outskirts of Muqdadiya in Diyala Governorate has risen to 28 dead and wounded.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “The number of victims of the attack rose to 10 martyrs and 18 wounded.”
He added that military reinforcements have arrived in the area to control the security situation.”
