Baghdad The offices of the three presidencies held their second coordination meeting at Baghdad Palace.

A presidential statement stated that the offices of the three presidencies held their second coordination meeting today in the Presidency of the Republic, in the presence of Muhannad Hossam El-Din, Chief of the Presidency of the Republic, Hamid Al-Ghazi, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, and Sirwan Abdullah Ismail, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives.”

Hussam El-Din stressed the importance of continuing such meetings and the need to enhance functional harmony among government institutions, referring to some of the tasks entrusted by the President of the Republic, Barham Salih to the presidential office, part of which relates to legislative, humanitarian and international aspects, and the most important is the completion of the tasks of the constitutional amendments after the presidency worked with a group of legal and legislative experts, on the completion of human rights, minorities, climate problems and others.

Hussam El-Din pointed to the importance of the draft law to recover state funds and reduce corruption and public waste, in addition to the file of efforts to take care of youth affairs.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Al-Ghazi, said in his speech: “the purpose of continuing these meetings is to coordinate among the three presidencies, the various ministries and the judiciary.”

He praised the direct communication between the job cadres and said: It is a message of solidarity and integrative work, which is reflected positively on the work of government institutions and departments, down to the honorable citizens.

Al-Ghazi stressed the need to activate the role of the Federal Service Council and provide full support to it, as it directly touches the future of Iraqi youth and finds suitable job opportunities for new graduates.

In the same context, the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, Sirwan Abdullah Ismail, said that the repeated meetings represent an explicit message of loyalty to the Iraqi people, and a message of pride for our security forces as well, which continue to make efforts and make sacrifices for this benevolent country.

He added that a great task awaits us in the next stage of building, reconstruction and national reconciliation, supporting the fields of science and knowledge, confronting dark ideas, broadening the perceptions of generations, and staying away from extremism, and terrorism, not to mention spreading social justice and working to consolidate belonging to the homeland.

Ismail said that the parliament secretariat is keen on such meetings and will take it upon itself to organize the next meeting in the people’s house, by God willing.

The meeting proceeded to discuss a number of issues, including providing the Federal Service Council with good employees from the three presidencies, to carry out its tasks in accordance with the law and instructions in force, and coordination on amending the Personal Status Law and domestic violence, in addition to the electronic management project and following up on the legislative process, and putting forward other files on the agenda. .

This meeting was attended by a number of agents, consultants and general managers in the offices of the three presidencies.
