Baquba A combat force of the Popular Mobilization carried out a surprise security operation to track down the terrorists in orchards south of Buhriz in Diyala Governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a combat force from the Nidaa Diyala Brigade in the Popular Mobilization carried out a surprise security operation in orchards south of Buhraz and seized a cache of ammunition and explosives belonging to a terrorist cell.
He added that the operation was based on accurate intelligence information that identified the location of the terrorists’ activity, stressing that the operation was completed, it achieved the goals set for it in securing the surroundings of the Buhrez district without any violations.
