Baghdad The Supreme Elections Committee held its first conference today, Sunday, at the Baghdad Operations Command headquarters.

A statement by the Joint Operations Command stated: “The conference was held in the presence of the deputy commander of the joint operations, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, the head of the Elections Commission, Jalil Adnan Khalaf, and many security leaders.”

The conference began its work by discussing all matters related to making the electoral process correct, securing electoral centers, facilitating the movement of citizens during elections, and addressing all problems and violations that could occur.
