Three accused of terrorism and a human organ trafficking gang arrested in Karkh side of Baghdad

The Baghdad Operations Command announced the arrest of three people accused of terrorism and a human organ trafficking gang on Karkh side of Baghdad.

The command stated in a statement that the security forces in the (Fifth, Second) Division of the Federal Police, and in separate operations, were able to arrest three accused of terrorism, ‘belonging to ISIS terrorist gangs,’ after receiving accurate intelligence information indicating their presence and monitoring their movements within the sector of responsibility in (Al-Shu’la region, and Al-Jami’a District), and a human organ trafficking gang consisting of three people, including a ‘woman.’ The vehicle in their possession was seized, after a tight ambush was set up for them, red-handed, in the fourth/agricultural police ( Shurta al-Rabaa ) district, in Al-Karkh.

It explained that the accused were handed over to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against them.
