Three people who infiltrated from Syria towards Iraqi territory, arrested west of Nineveh

Baghdad An intelligence force has arrested three people who infiltrated from Syria towards Iraqi territory, west of Nineveh.

A statement by the Security Media Cell stated that according to intelligence information and through the use of thermal cameras, it was confirmed that there was a case of infiltration of people coming from the Syrian side towards Iraqi territory.

It added that an intelligence force set a tight ambush for the infiltrators as soon as they crossed the border, where they were able to arrest them in the Gilbarat area of the Rabia district
.
It explained that it was found that they are a family consisting of a woman and her two children of Arab nationality, and they were fundamentally handed over to the competent authorities to take legal measures against them.
