Baghdad Canadian Andre de Grasse won the gold medal in the 200m race in athletics, today, Wednesday, at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
De Grasse, who won silver at the Rio Olympics and the 2019 World Championships, finished the race with a time of 19.62 seconds, setting a personal record, surpassing American Kenneth Bednarek (19.68 s), the silver medalist, and Lyles, who only won the bronze (19.74 s).
