Baghdad, The Turkish embassy in Baghdad congratulated today, Friday the Iraqi people on the Iraqi team’s victory in the 25th edition of the Arab Gulf Cup, which was held in Basra.
The embassy stated in a post on its Facebook website, “We extend our warmest congratulations to the dear Iraqi people on the victory of the Lions of Mesopotamia in the Gulf 25 Cup.”
It added, “We appreciate Iraq’s efforts in hosting the tournament, which was completed to the fullest.”
