Mosul A source in the Nineveh Police announced: “A Turkish air bombardment targeted locations of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) west of Mosul.”
The source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “Turkish warplanes targeted PKK sites in the Gilmiran shrine on the top of Sinjar Mount, west of Mosul.”
He explained, “The Turkish planes directed more than 20 air strikes on the sites and tunnels of Warbaya (PKK) on the top of Sinjar Mount.”
He added, “Another Turkish air bombardment hit the (Turkish Kurds) refugee camp in Makhmour and the outskirts of Qara Jogh Mountain.”/
