Kirkuk Two soldiers were injured in a clash with ISIS elements in the Dibis district, northwest of Kirkuk.
A security source said: “A military force monitored an infiltration of ISIS elements within the borders of the Dibs district, and clashed with them.”
He added, “The clash resulted in the injury of two soldiers, while ISIS elements fled.”
