Troops from the Joint Intelligence Center of Nineveh found weapons and ammunition in large quantities belonging to Daesh in the Zanjili area west of Mosul, according to a security source.

“The security forces found large quantities of weapons and ammunition belonging to Daesh in the Zanjili area through intelligence information that the presence of these weapons and ammunition west of Mosul,” the source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA).

“The security forces confiscated these large quantities of weapons and ammunition, which included Katyusha rockets, bunker-type bombs, large workshops and workshops, and silenced weapons belonging to Daesh, who were transferred to Nineveh police headquarters,” he said.
