Baghdad The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, met today, Monday, Elbrus Kutrashev, the Russian ambassador to Iraq and his accompanying delegation.
The two sides stressed the need to pay attention to developing bilateral relations in all fields between Iraq, the Kurdistan Region and Russia, according to a statement by the Presidency of the Region.
The statement stated that “the Russian ambassador expressed his admiration for the urban development witnessed by the region.”
