Baghdad The Supreme Judicial Council announced the completion of the investigation of the accused with the crime of killing the director of Karbala municipality.

A statement by the council quoted the competent judge in the Karbala investigation court as saying that: The investigation has been completed with the accused, Hussein Jawad Abdul-Amir, who committed the crime of murdering Karbala municipality director, engineer Abeer Salim Nasser.

He added that the defendant’s confession statements were written down and he was taken to the location of the crime, and in the coming days he will be referred to the Karbala Criminal Court for his trial in accordance with the law.
