Baghdad: The Airport Security and Protection Directorate successfully intercepted an attempted smuggling operation involving 24 Key Cards at Baghdad International Airport.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Interior released a statement detailing how the airport security personnel discovered the Key Cards during a routine inspection of a passenger’s luggage. The operation was part of the Directorate’s ongoing efforts to enhance security measures and prevent illegal activities at the airport.

The statement further explained that all necessary legal actions were undertaken following the seizure. The suspect involved in the smuggling attempt, along with the confiscated Key Cards, was handed over to the competent authorities for further investigation and processing.
