Mosul: Three young men sustained varying injuries as a result of a tribal clash that erupted following a family dispute in the right side of Mosul.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source in the Nineveh Police stated that the family dispute escalated into a tribal gathering, leading to clashes in which sharp objects were used, resulting in injuries to three people who were transferred to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are stable.

The source added that security forces intervened immediately to resolve the conflict and imposed a security cordon around the scene, preventing the dispute from escalating or renewed clashes.

The source indicated that an investigation has opened into the incident and the necessary legal measures will be taken against those responsible.
