Baghdad: The Pakistan National Seismological Center announced that a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck the country on Monday, with no material damage or casualties reported.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Center explained, via the “X” platform, that the earthquake occurred at latitude 29.12 degrees north and longitude 67.26 degrees east, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
It noted that Pakistan is one of the most seismically active countries in the world due to the presence of major fault lines that run through its territory.
