DHI QAR: The General Directorate of Intelligence and Security, operating under the Ministry of Defense, has successfully apprehended four individuals wanted by the judiciary and seized a significant cache of weapons and ammunition in Dhi Qar Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry issued a statement detailing the operation, which was conducted by the Dhi Qar Intelligence and Security Directorate. The raid and search campaign took place across multiple areas within the governorate, leading to the arrest of four individuals sought under the provisions of Article 406. The operation also resulted in the confiscation of eight launcher missiles, twelve launcher charges, eight mortar shells, a mortar, and a launcher, along with various other weapons. The seized items and the accused have been handed over to the judiciary for further proceedings.
