Kut Detachments of the Wasit Anti-Crime Department arrested eight suspects and wanted persons according to various criminal cases, in a security operation carried out in the city of Kut.
A source in the Wasit Police told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the arrests were carried out by detachments of the Anti-Crime Department in cooperation with the National Intelligence and Security Service in accordance with the provisions of Articles 446, 430, 443, 431 and 238.
