Eight Civilians Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Jabalia Refugee Camp


JABALIA: At least eight civilians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip. The attack targeted the Al-Alami area, adding to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, local sources reported that the Israeli occupation’s artillery struck the displaced residents in the Al-Alami area, resulting in the deaths of eight people and injuries to others. The shelling has exacerbated the dire conditions in the camp, which is already struggling under a prolonged siege.

The artillery continued its bombardment of Block 4 and Block 5 within the Jabalia camp, further endangering the lives of civilians and escalating the violence in the area. The ongoing siege of the northern Gaza Strip has entered its eighteenth day, severely impacting the local population by destroying homes and preventing the entry of essential food supplies.
