ISTANBUL: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed today that the Development Road Project will provide many benefits to both countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency: “Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during his meeting with Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, stressed that Turkey and Iraq are two neighboring countries linked by deep-rooted historical and cultural ties.”

Erdogan highlighted the importance of developing relations and evaluating cooperation opportunities, especially the Development Road project, which will provide many benefits to both countries. He added that they will continue to take the necessary steps with determination to achieve this.

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani arrived in Istanbul, Turkey, on Friday morning on an official visit during which he met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
