Al-Araji and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Discuss Cooperation on Combating Terrorism and Border Security.


Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qassim Al-Araji discussed with the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya the continuation of cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and securing the borders of the two countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji reviewed with Al-Yahya the fraternal relations between Iraq and the State of Kuwait and ways to strengthen and enhance them, in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples at all levels.

The two sides discussed a number of common files, most notably the continuation of cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and securing the borders of the two countries, in addition to discussing the escalation taking place in the region, and the importance of confronting the dangers that threaten the region through diplomatic channels and sparing it the risk of conflicts.
