A statement from the Ministry of Defense said: “Yarallah arrived today, Sunday, at Al-Waleed border crossing and surveyed the Iraqi-Jordanian-Syrian triangle, accompanied by the Operations Assistant, the Commander of the Ground Forces, the Assistant Director of Military Intelligence, and the Intelligence Secretary of the Army Chief of Staff.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit by Yarallah and his team underscores the strategic importance of the Al-Waleed border crossing, which serves as a critical junction between Iraq, Jordan, and Syria.
