Gaza Health Reports Rising Toll from Israeli War, Over 47,000 Dead


Gaza: The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released its daily statistical report today, highlighting the escalating human cost of the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip. Since the conflict began on October 7, 2023, the number of victims has reached 47,306 martyrs, with more than 111,000 people wounded.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Health detailed that in the past 72 hours, 23 martyrs were brought to hospitals in the Gaza Strip. Of these, 14 were recovered from under rubble, five succumbed to their injuries, and four were newly reported. Additionally, 11 individuals were injured during this period.



The report emphasized that numerous victims remain trapped under debris or are stranded on roads, with ambulance and civil defense teams unable to reach them due to ongoing hostilities. The Ministry stated that the death toll from the Israeli aggression now stands at 47,306, with 111,483 reported injuries since the conflict’s onset.



The Ministry of Health has urged families of martyrs and missing persons to provide their information through electronic registration to update the Ministry’s records comprehensively.
