According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The Iraqi delegation, led by Abdullah, met with Ackson and other Union members to deliberate on strategies to strengthen collaboration between Iraq’s Council of Representatives and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
