Anbar: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced today the arrest of multiple suspects along with the seizure of unlicensed weapons in Anbar Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrests and seizures were facilitated by precise intelligence from the Intelligence Division of the 10th Infantry Division. The operation took place in collaboration with the security forces maintaining control on the ground. Through comprehensive search and inspection activities in various areas of Heet District, which is part of Anbar Governorate, the intelligence and security detachments successfully apprehended several suspects wanted by the judiciary under various legal provisions. Additionally, unlicensed weapons, ammunition, and vehicles were confiscated from the suspects.

The statement further disclosed that the suspects and the confiscated items have been handed over to the relevant authorities, following the applicable legal procedures.
