Baghdad: The Council of Ministers has approved the commencement of the first phase of the Maysan Refinery Development Project. This decision marks a significant step towards advancing the country’s energy infrastructure.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Council also agreed in its session held today, Tuesday, to postpone the addition of new projects to the Ministry of Transport. This decision indicates a strategic focus on prioritizing current projects before embarking on new ones.
